Summary

This instrument is designed and made as per the national standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T 9168 Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products at Reduced Pressure.

It is used to determine the range of boiling points for petroleum products that can be partially or completely vaporized at a maximum liquid temperature of 400℃.


I. Main technical features

1. Built in color LCD touch screen industrial computer, combined with advanced design, forms a friendly human-machine interface. Not only can users understand the current status of the instrument in real time, but it also facilitates various operations on the instrument. The test process and various prompts designed by the system can help users operate the instrument correctly and ensure the smooth progress of the test.

2. Vacuum degree control system: The vacuum degree is automatically controlled by the system, which can ensure the high vacuum and high stability requirements of the system during the test process. The vacuum can be set within a range of (2-50) mmHg, and the vacuum pressure is displayed digitally.

3. There is a built-in cold trap in the instrument. It adopts semiconductor refrigeration technology. The structure of the refrigeration device is small and compact.

4. The system can automatically convert the test temperature into normal pressure temperature according to current pressure of the vacuum system. The user can be relieved from the table lookup, but also improve the accuracy of the conversion.

5. Cooling water circulation system: the system can automatically control the temperature of the cooling water at the setting temperature with the range of ±3℃.  After test, the water of the circulation system will flow back to the water tank. The tank is equipped with a liquid level observation window and overflow hole to avoid water over-adding. The tank is also equipped the switch of the liquid level, it will refuse to heat or start the water bump without water.

6. The heating power of the distillation flask can be adjusted with the touch screen. It is displayed on the screen in a scroll bar mode. It can be adjusted at any time.

7. Lifting platform height adjustment, user can control the lifting platform up, down and stop by adjusting the knob on the left.

8. The built-in condensate automatic take-back system works as below. The cold trap collects the oil vapor during the test. After test, with the temperature of the cold trap increasing , the oil vapor will be liquefied and automatically flow back into the take-back bottle for the user to take out and measure.

9.  Special lights are equipped in the instrument for easily observation and data reading.

10. The system is equipped with the air inlet. After the test is completed, if the instrument needs to be removed before cooling to below 200 ℃, dry nitrogen can be connected to restore the system to normal pressure.

11. With a single key press, the user can record the initial distillate point and its time, or the recovery temperature and its time of the current recovery volume.

12. The test data will be saved and the test report can be generated automatically. And also the data can be transfer through U disk, or connect with the printer through the USB interface, and print out the test report directly.

13. After the test, the instrument will start the cooling fan automatically. You need to  lower the lift platform manually to make the furnace leave the flask, quickly reduce the temperature of the furnace and the flask, shorten the waiting time.。

14. The structure of the double opening toughened glass door, make the test process can be seen clearly.
